Sergey Zagoruyko leads the Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing Research team at MTS AI.
Sergey Zagoruyko received his PhD in deep learning from the Imagine research group at École des Ponts ParisTech. He studied robotics and mechatronics at Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
His research interests are in machine learning, robotics and computer vision. He has publications in top-tier machine learning conferences CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ICLR, BMVC etc. In particular, he co-authored few influential papers in deep learning: BMVC most cited paper Wide Residual Networks, and one of the most cited ECCV papers End-to-End Object Detection with Transformers.
He has more than 10 years of professional experience working at Facebook AI Research, Lyft Level 5, Toyota Woven Planet, Intel, VisionLabs, Samsung, etc.
